What to Expect - Psychology
Initial Visit: 50 minutes
Subsequent visits: 50 minutes
At your first appointment, you'll meet with a member of our clinical intake team, who will talk with you about your concerns and suggest the services that would be best suited for you. This might include, for example, one-time workshops, groups, short-term support services, and/or individual and couples therapy. Your intake clinician will also share handouts, tools, and other resources you can start using right away.
If you already have a clear understanding of the services or practitioner that is best for you, we offer the option of booking directly without first meeting with our intake team. However, most people do find that the intake appointment is invaluable in guiding them towards the services that are right for them.
